 This company has done nothing but repeatedly lied to me. They said it would be easy to add prescription lenses to a pair of frames I previously purchased from them. They will have my order 5 weeks on 10/22/2018. They keep lying about shipping date and refuse to give me a refund after repeated requests. I am out almost $200 and have no glasses to show for it for my son. I regret ever going with a company online. They have ruined all online prescription glasses company. I will never go with another one. Junry, Molly and Roy have lied to me so many times over the past 5 weeks.

Ordered from here because of the "promise" of quick shipping.  I was told around 5 business days. It's now been 17 days and I am leaving for a trip tomorrow without the contacts!! My prescription has since expired so no hope of getting them elsewhere before I leave. Never again!!

They replied pretty quick.

I’ve contacted them several times by E-Mail since then, but I didn’t get any responses.

Today, January 16, 2019, I called EZContacts’ customer service line. After a 40 minute wait, was put through. I asked for an order update. I can’t believe what customer service said. 
 
Custer service said, “The frames you ordered is on back order, and it will take another 4 to 6 weeks to process your order.”

EXCUSE ME..? 
I heard the same response when I ordered the glasses. 
I told customer service agent, “The product page specifically says ‘2 to 3 days availability’ and it’s been months.” 
I also informed her about the last updated E-Mail that I received on December 30th. They haven’t changed procedures on their product information page, so what’s the hold up? They need a severe maintenance website update. 
 
Excuses, excuses and lies. 
 
It’s been nearly 3 months since I placed my order. How ridiculous is this company? 
I am really sick of them. I am going to cancel my order, and ask for a refund of my money.

They’re an unbelievable fraud.  They never shipped the contacts.  Then when I contact them they said they would send them--all confirmed on email.  They never sent them again.  Again contacted them via email.  Again they said sorry and said they would send, then never sent the contacts.  When I finally disputed it with my credit card company they couldn't do anything because they said it had been more than two months since I placed my order-- the company seems to have deliberately strung out my complaint to avoid dealing with a lost shipment and to push things past the time I could dispute the credit card charge.
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I placed my original order on January, 26 for a 6 months supply of contacts. I ordered regular shipping, which was stated to take between 5-7 business days.  On January, 27th I received an email requesting my current prescription. As I had not yet received my updated prescription, I called the 1-800 number on February 4th once I had and spoke with a representative named Olive Joy. I explained my mistake and that I was now running low on contacts. The representative kindly told me that they would expedite shipping, which would take 1-2 business days. I composed an email that contained my current prescription. From that date on, I received several emails from 3 additional representatives (Reno, Ken, and Benz) requesting my prescription. I responded to each email with my current prescription and asked if additional information was needed. I received various responses depending on the representative, ranging from “ok” to “your order cannot be fulfilled at the time.” A full week later, I received an email stating that my contacts had been sent for shipping. I called the company to inquire about the delay and had a terrible customer service experience. The representative rudely explained that there was an additional processing time during which the shipment would need to be prepared to be sent to the post office. I found this surprising considering that my order confirmations stated that my contacts would arrive in 5-7 business days, or 1-2 business days with the expedited shipping I was offered. Additional preparation time was not accounted for in the descriptions, receipts, or summaries. During the call I requested to speak to a manager several times before the request was honored. Eventually after discussing it with the manager for some time, he stated that there was nothing that could be done, as the order had left for shipping, despite acknowledging that the processing time had not being disclosed when delivery was estimated.  The manager offered a 1 month supply of contacts as recompense. I have not received this order or an email confirmation in regard to it yet. My original order eventually arrived on February 14; 20 days after I put in my original order and 10 days after I provided my prescription and was promised expedited 1-2 day shipping. At this point I had run out of contacts. This was problematic, as I’m prohibited from wearing glasses to work. Overall this was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this company.
