I have been waiting  for weeks for my frames. Customer service said they would send an email  but never did. Said  frames had to be reordered  but failed to let me know this.
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

 Jan 3 order never shipped- Spoke on the phone on Jan 16 and was assured they'd switch it to overnight shipping and I would have a tracking number by Jan 18. Still no tracking number as of Jan 21, even though customer service promised I would have one.

Placed an order 3 weeks back, but the order hasn't been shipped and the customer service hasn't reposed to multiple emails sent., won't be using them ever again.

This site is a SCAM! They sent me 8 boxes of contacts that aren't at all like the samples I got from my doctor. I can't use them at all. I've tried all of the different ways to contact your customer service and I'm currently bouncing between caller #116 and #140 on the phone. Your chat functionality doesn't work (got kicked out of this 4 times today). No one responds to customer service emails, either. Thanks for ripping me off for almost $400. Ridiculous.

Terrible customer service.  Will never buy from them again.  Never received glasses, then told me it was between me and the post office to figure it out.  Every time I call the superviser is stepping out for lunch.
