Ordering my prescription eyeglasses was easy to do. I uploaded my doctor's prescription and made sure I choose frames that would fit my head. I choose more expensive lenses as I wanted to make sure they are light and do not scratch. My prescription is strong and my last pair of glasses had heavy lenses in them as I cheaped out.

This time I didn't and am much more satisfied.

In 2 orders I have bought 3 pairs of glasses from Frames Direct. The prices ranged from $150 to $350. After each order on their website I received a call from Frames Direct confirming the order and my prescription.

For all pairs of glasses, I received them in 4 weeks. I got email notifications when they were made, when shipped and when out for delivery.

Frames Direct has a large selection for frames, regular and for sun. They have decent prices and always have some type of promotion going on. My only complaint is like other eye glasses retailers they only advertise the price of the frames and do not include the cost of the lenses in the advertisements.

I was looking for 2 pairs of sunglasses at discount prices and I found Framesdirect. I found the 2 exact styles I was looking for at prices which was better than I found elsewhere either online or at a store.

I was also very glad to see  that the glasses came with the name brand cases that fit the glasses perfectly. I hear some online places don't include those to lower their prices.

When I got my sunglasses I was glad to see they fit very well. I will be ordering from them again in the future.

I usually am all about checking the reviews of companies but I didn't do that for Frames Direct as I was a bit in a rush and it was a recommendation from a friend. I needed my glasses fast, as the glasses my Eye Doctor sold me where incorrect for the third time in a row and in my angry I got a refund as I wasn't buying from him anymore.

I was a little apprehensive after ordering since I had forgotten to check the reviews (which I always do before ordering from a new online store). The whole order process is easy. Just pick out the frames you want (what a huge selection... it did take a little time). Their search tool does make it easier as it allows you to pick out what style and fit you want. All you need to do with the frames is make sure the measurements work. You can find the measurement you need from your old glasses on the inside of the frame that goes by your ear. You then pick the type of lenses you want (scratch resistant, thinner lenses, etc...) and then enter your prescription and then pay of course. In under 2 weeks I had my glasses. They fit great and my updated prescription lenses are much clearer than my old ones.

I still need a new pair of sun glasses as my current ones are almost 5 years old with a weaker prescription. I definitely plan on using Frames Direct again as I had such a great experience the first time.

I ordered my prescription glasses from Frames Direct and had zero problems.

I got my prescription from my eye doctor and shopped around. I usually buy from Walmart but this time I decided to check out the online glasses stores and prices. Glad I did as Frames Direct beat the price Walmart had given me for the same frames and single vision lenses (at least as far as I could tell) by over $120.

Delivery took 2 weeks and the quality is great. I was playing basket ball with my son when I took a ball to the face. My glasses ended up falling off. I was worried that the frames where damaged and the lenses had scratched but after checking them over the only thing wrong was one of the nose pads was bent out a bit, an easy fix.
