I ordered some prescription glasses from them. On their web site they say they have a 100% money back guarantee. When I finally received the glasses, they were the wrong prescription and the frames didn't fit my face. After some back and forth, I realized they did not have a frame that would fit my face, and they demonstrated themselves to be incapable of making my no-line trifocal. I asked for my money back after following all of their return policies to the letter. They refused to give my money back. It appears I have wasted several hundred dollars! This place is a scam!

Customer Service is really bad, took two weeks of emailing them back and forth to get a return figured out. Main issue is that the people answering the emails and calls are not authorized to do anything and have to "put in a request" to fix anything. This took multiple people and days for each question. When I finally got a manager involved they issued a return for the wrong order. I reordered with EyeBuyDirect.com and have a much better experience without the games of "coupons" to get the price where it should be anyway.

Even though they state a "no questions asked" refund don't expect one. The lenses were defective and I cannot get a return call or refund. Customer service personnel is rude and completely unhelpful.
I ordered glasses 10/23; 10/24 they sent me an email detailing the timeline which stated my glasses wont ship for 5-7 business days. I had paid expedited shipping which meant I expected to receive them within 5-7 days. They weren't going to here in time for a vacation and then I have an appointment to update my rX so I figured we may as well cancel and I'll order when I get back. On 10/24 I cancelled. On 10/24 I received an email from their customer service team telling me I need to fill out RMA I can get refund or credit and have nothing to return since they aren't made. I said ok, I'll take store credit since I was going to order a new pair anyway. On 10/29 I received a shipping notification. I called and spoke to 2 people who both said they were made and shipped and I have to return them if I want my refund. I explained they were never supposed to have been made in the first place. They admitted it was their fault, still won't refund or credit and now I have to pay for a shipping label back. They BOTH admitted it was their system's fault and still refuse to offer even halfway decent customer service. Filed a chargeback with my bank and will never order from these people again.

OMG - this place has a feel of bait and switch all over it. But not before you purchase - they will be very nice to you - yes sir we price-match the frames - no issues. Guess what - they dont. Here is the thing - you go for prescription sunglasses, and pay separately for prescription lenses - regardless of original lenses on said sunglasses. SO say you select model xxx ray-ben, brown, Large, with polarized lenses, all good, now you add prescription lenses(for which you pay separately), ok. Now you go find a competitor with same model xxx ray-ben, brown, Large, with polarized lenses and submit for price-match - guess what, you are SOL. You get an email that your price match is not identical, because you added and paid separately for - prescription lenses. Thats a hell of a scam... Gets better, before purchasing, I called and asked if they would pricematch original glasses if I add prescription lenses - the answer was - YES. so forget about it - dont even bother with theses scammers. GlassesUSA - what a shame.
