I ordered a pair of RayBan New Wayfarer prescription sunglasses. When they arrived they appeared to be knockoff frames- brittle, flimsy plastic frames that were so large they fit outside of my ears. (I tried the same glasses  on in a department store- different material (nylon), and a proper fit). I notified the company that I was returning them and printed out a label, then shipped them back to Glassesusa. The next day, ALL OF THE EMAILS CONNECTED TO THE TRANSACTION DISAPPEARED FROM MY EMAIL INBOX!!! No purchase confirmation, no shipping notice, nothing- all gone from my inbox. I searched and came up with 20+ promotional emails from them, but all records of my purchase were set to auto delete (or manually deleted with the gmail unsend feature?). I've never seen a company so sketchy. I have a complaint in to PayPal, and I'm waiting for a resolution, but I'll say this- Don't do business with this company!!!

This is the first time I have used an online eye glasses store as I was a little worried about the fit with the frame. My prescription for my eyes had not changed much but my glasses are 4 years old and I was looking for a new style of frames (plus one of the lens has a scratch on it). For these reasons and with the 14 day guarantee I figured it was worth trying out, especially since I have my old glasses measurements.

With my new glasses I got more compliments about them than about the 20 pounds I recently lost.

I love them and I am glad I had put in the order. No regrets.

A couple of my friends use Glasses USA to purchase sun glasses and they said it would be a good place for me to pick up my eye glasses. I am the only one in my group of friends who has to wear prescription glasses. I ordered 2 sets of glasses with different frames. One is for everyday wear while the other is for when I dress up to go out at night.

Both are what I thought they would be and are good quality. I especially like the Ray-Ban glasses. The one set had to be adjusted a bit to fit my face but it was nothing to worry about.

I used my vision insurance for my main pair of glasses and that worked out fine and I had no other problems.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

I’m very frustrated w this company and it takes alot for me but when u cannot connect w a company u purchase something from the company has something wrong

Tried online chat, no respone, Tried calling, no response. Their autmated system does not work and you can't get anyone to talk to so
