This has been the worst transaction I've ever been involved with - they failed to get the glasses delivered to my house, it's been over a month since I ordered them, & there's no way to contact anyone - ever!! You still took a second payment yesterday, even though you knew that I hadn't received my order, & I feel that you're intensionally not responding to me, thinking if you ignore me for a long enough time, I'll go away. WRONG!

Glasses were nice, prescription was right however they only stand behind the quality for 14 days. I ordered rimless glasses and the wire broke after two months. After contacting them, they said they would give a 50% credit but do not cover fixing the glasses. I'm not looking to give them more money rather fix the glasses. Go to a store, in the long run your better off because they will fix minor breaks.
Orders never arrive, when you call or write to costumer service they just lie about the status. I even reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the company never responded. No tracking number is provided or apologies for their bad service. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
Well my experience at glassesusa.com went as I hope. Everything was professional. I found the frames I wanted and went ahead and ordered them along with prescription lenses. I received my new glasses in a couple of weeks and found the quality of the frames to be good. I ordered the upgrade for the lenses so my new pair of glasses is a lot lighter than my older pair.
I had no problems with my order and I will order again from them when I need a new pair of glasses. This was the first time I had order glasses online so I wasn't to sure about the whole process. Glad to see I had nothing to worry about.
