Customer service is ALWAYS Poor. Used this service for the 3rd time. Will NEVER AGAIN.
They are quick to answer the phone when you want to order a test[s] but put you on hold until Christ comes again to speak with them for results.  I do NOT recommend getting the HIV RNA Test.  High Price, poor turn around time and they NEVER sent an email about the result. I HAD TO CALL THEM FOR IT!
Would I recommend to a friend?  ....NEVER.

SCAM ALERT this company is very shady , on their website they say results will be in 1-2 days they charged me $109 for a urine test is day 4th and nothing i dont have news from them they hang you up on the phone, chat is awful Their Supervisor (if is real) MELISSA JOHNSON is never at the office they don't want me to provide a direct line of the "patient service department"  to solve my issue. Then they said they will call me (via chat) but then they said my phon is busy.... Are they SHADY????? This people manage peoples health like a bestbuy return. DO NOT TRUST STDCHECK.com  

*UPDATE*  They called me and told me the testing machine were broke and they had to send my test to OTHER STATE... REALLY.. Shady Shady Shady 

My friend actually used this service and recommended it to me when I mentioned I was worried about STDs. I got my results in 3 days and I passed all the tests. The results are quick and the process is easy from going online to pick your tests to visiting the lab. At the lab you give them your test number and then give blood and urine samples.  If you go I would recommend early in the week so you don't have to wait over the weekend for results since I assume the lab techs are off. My only real complaint is the cost. I knew what to expect since my friend had already done it but I would have expected it to be half the cost. 

Pretty standard website which was okay to use but could have been a bit larger on my phone. I ordered the 10 panel test. Within 10 minutes the documents came and I had to find a way to print them from my phone. I ended up using my laptop to access the email for printing. 

I went to the lab after work the following day. It was a little busier than normal so my wait time was a bit longer than normal. I got my results with in 2 days so the whole process took4 days to complete.

I didn't think I had an std but I was just taking the test to be sure. My boyfriends ex notified him that she had tested positive so he had done his test the week before which had come back negative. I just wanted to be sure about myself as well.
