Information that is Stored with an Account
When you create an account on ReviewChatter.com, you will need to provide a unique username, name, and your email address. The email address is required to validate your account, support resetting your password if needed and to allow you to opt-in to content notifications such as new forum posts or comments. Your email address is never displayed or made available through any page. Your username, name and other optional profile information, such as, location, about me and signature are displayed on your profile page and may be displayed with your reviews, forum posts, and comments.
If you utilize the Social Site login feature, allowing you to log into our site using an existing social site login such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. we will also capture and store your unique identifier from said site, along with your name. Before the login process is complete you will be required to login to the social site (if you are not already) and give permission for our site to use just this information. If permission is not granted, you will not be able to login into this site using the Social Site login.

Right to be Forgotten
The way to be forgotten is simply to delete your user account on the site. To do this, all you need to do is log into the website and click on "My Account" located in the "User Menu". You then need to scroll to the "Profile" section of the "My Account" page and click the "Delete" button. A dialoge box will come up asking you to confirm your choice. When you click the "confirm" button your account will be deleted.
At this point all user profile information such as username, email address and any other optional data such as location, bio, etc. will be deleted from our database immediately when the account is deleted. Any of your submitted content, such as forum posts, comments, reviews, etc. will be anonymized.
You also may contact us directly using the email address of your user account and ask us to delete your account. If an account exsists under that email address we will then delete the account for you.
Facebook Data Deletion Instructions
If you have logged into ReviewChatter.com through Facebook and want to delete your activities for the Review Chatter App, you can remove your information by following these steps:
- Go to your Facebook Account’s Setting & Privacy. Click “Settings”.
- Look for “Apps and Websites” and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.
- Search and Click “Review Chatter” in the search bar.
- Scroll and click “Remove”.
- Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities.

Review Chatter is not liable for any damages caused by any of the site content, whether directly provided by Review Chatter, its employees or not.
