Nordictrack elliptical makes knocking noises was created by Adam Morgan
There are lots of posts about this around the internet. Most say that something is loose and that with a few turns of the screwdriver all is well. I took mine apart and nothing jumped out at me.

Here is a short video that displays the problem. Any help would be appreciated!
