I have done 4 orders with Ink Cartridges and haven't had a problem. Delivery was speedy and the cartridges which are remanufactured have always worked fine in my Dell printer. They are as good as the new ones. I am saving more than half compared to if I was buying it at Office Depot. 

I also like that you can buy the ink in larger packets for additional savings. This is super convenient and saves on shipping as well.

I haven't had to use customer service yet as I haven't had any problems so I did not rate it.
