This is one of the best online services ever. Packaging is first-rate, shipping is done in a timely way, and InkCartridges.com just gives you a lot for your money. I would highly recommend them.

We were shipped the incorrect products & it has taken over a MONTH to find resolution after emailing & calling their "customer service" department who NEVER returned our calls or emails. Their "resolution" was us shipping the incorrect cartridges back for a refund. Now we have to go re-order from another company. They dropped the ball and could not CARE LESS. Word to the wise... DO NOT order from inkcartridges.com

LIED, HUNG UP ON ME, WOULD NOT PROVIDE RETURN LABEL after almost denying our return. They advertise products to be compatible with certain printers when they ARE NOT. THEY ARE NOT EVEN CLOSE. When I asked to return it they told me they would give me store credit. I did not want to purchase something again from a company who lied. They got short with me denied me a return label which the shipping will cost nearly as much as the printer cartridge and then hung up on me. Terrible customer service. I will never purchase anything else from this company. I think they are bogus!

I ordered a new drum and toner for my HP printer. They where generic ones not the OEM versions. My printer is about 5 years old and the prices at my local store where getting crazy expensive. Glad to see that online printer suppliers are not trying to fleece their customers with outrageous prices.

The drum was a little difficult  to get in the printer but everything finally went in smoothly. It works great and the print quality is as good as my old OEM toner cartridges.

Pros
Carries toner for older laser printers. Much better prices than brick and mortar stores.
