Is there a place on the site where you can write your feedback? Probably you are not alone who wants the old system came back

I have to say I agree with you. A nonfat low sugar Siggi yogurt that is 100 cal used to be two points now it is four points

I tried that before, but losing weight is hard to do if we're stressed. I've tried so many diets and exercises, but all of them are not effective to lose some pounds. You can minimize your body's production of cortisol by simply by learning to relax. And if you need a little help doing this, medical marijuana could become your new best friend. Especially if it can shrink your waistline in the process. It can also help you in terms of chronic pain, bone injuries, eating disorder/anorexia, anxiety disorders and panic attacks, inflammation, and a lot more. So far, it really helps me to relax and I can see that there's a changes in my weight.

I though that Weight Watchers is advertising that more people are loosing weight on the new points system. I believe that statistic is that members are loosing 15% more weight... or is that 15% more members are loosing weight. Ha :-) I can't remember!

I like the Weight Watchers SmartPoints system. The calculations are based on sugars, proteins, calories, and saturated fat. It makes more sense than the old Points Plus system because calories and proteins lowers your points, while saturated fat and sugars increase them while fruit and vegetables still are 0 points.

I think the new system of points better reflects what is healthy and controls portion sizes better than Points Plus.

Who else doesn't like the Weight Watchers Smart Points system? I was on Weight Watchers 4 years ago and loved the point system. It made sense.

After gaining a bit of weight this past year I decided to join Weight Watchers again. The new smart points system is way different. I do not like it, do you think they will switch back to the old system?
