Has anyone had cause to get into preassembled area under seat? If so how did you secure the moveable arm to be able to allow socket/ratchet to turn the bolt?  Service tech has not been able to achieve access. Thanks in advance for any suggestions

The main benefit of the hybrid trainer is that you get 2 machines for the price of one. The hybrid trainer easily converts from elliptical to the recumbent bike and back again in just 2 easy steps. You just adjust the pedals and move the console down.

The Hybrid Trainer Pro has many of the same great features as the original Hybrid Trainer.

:P Digital resistance allows you to adjust your workout resistance for increased higher intensity and calorie burn.

:S With several foot position options, you can settle in for a enjoy great traction control and great workout.

 By using the elliptical for 25 minutes a day, 3 to 4 times a week, your cardio and stamina capacity will increase.

I like the trainer as well though I use it sitting down much more than standing up. I find it much easier to use this way but then again I am overweight by about 100 lbs at the moment. I have lost 25 lbs though using the machine though and I do enjoy the work out.

I have one. It is a great trainer.

It has no power cord. They use batteries instead to power the display panel. You need 4 AA batteries which will last in the machine a couple of months if you use it most days.

I am liking the Hybrid bike and elliptical trainer from Proform. I need to strengthen my muscles due to back surgery I had a few months ago and I was hoping for something with lumbar support. This trainer is perfect. I can then use the elliptical mode when I am better able to.

I was wondering though do I need to plug this unit in? Does it require power?

The room I want to put it in doesn't have a plug and I don't want to run an extension cord.
