White part of eye bulging some times

I am new to this forum and I think I can get some information that I am looking for.

As a part of my work, I have to sit many hours in front of the computer screen. Some times I suffer from headaches, and my eyes become watery. There is an irritation in my eyes that makes me scratch it and cause swelling around my eye area. The white part of one of my eyes bulged and became slightly reddish. And it has happened two times recently. My mom said it might be due to an allergic reaction. When I searched online for symptoms, I saw conditions like Chemosis, Scleritis, etc. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Is it happens when we sit much time in front of the computer? I had a laser surgery a few years ago under an ophthalmologist in Toronto. Does it have any connection with this? Does it require any surgery? Please share your opinions and views about this.
