Reply: Looking for advice regarding eye cataracts

I'm 54 years, and I'm suffering from blurry vision. I'm afraid that I may lose my eye sight in the long run. I'm already using glasses, but still there is a problem with my eyesight. I'm worried I have cataracts. Is there anybody here suffering from the same problem. Can you please tell me what are you doing about it. Are there any lifestyle changes that I need to follow? I heard that food rich in Vitamin A, and Vitamin C helps to prevent the loss of vision arising due to cataracts. I started to include citrus fruits, berries, broccoli, and tomatoes more in my diet.
