Reply: Zazzle Shipping Could be Better

A similar thing happened to me with Zazzle.com except twice on the same order so it was delivered after my husbands birthday. What good are gifts after the birthday? The items I ordered where not large and the customization was something they said they could do. I am glad my husband is so understanding.

I will not use Zazzle again!

While I like the picture frames and ornament I received from Zazzle their shipping could be better. I was not notified by customer service about a change in the shipping date for my ortder. My delivery was pushed back almost a week. What I had ordered was gifts and any later I would not have had them for our wedding anniversary which would have made me pretty angry. Good thing they were delivered the day before.

Just a warning, give yourself plenty of time if you are ordering time sensitive items from Zazzle.com.
