This is a program that will educate you about getting to—and maintaining—a healthy weight, as well as how to change your lifestyle to be healthy.

Jenny Craig is a trusted and proven weight management system. Their eating and exercise programs are developed by a Medical Advisory Board and registered dieticians. The programs focus on food, body and mind to help you achieve and then maintain your weight goals. Because of this Jenny Craig programs require your full and consistent commitment to the plan you choose in order to see consistent weight loss (which is usually 1 - 2 lbs a week).
