Very Bad Customer Service for Returns

Customer Service is really bad, took two weeks of emailing them back and forth to get a return figured out. Main issue is that the people answering the emails and calls are not authorized to do anything and have to "put in a request" to fix anything. This took multiple people and days for each question. When I finally got a manager involved they issued a return for the wrong order. I reordered with EyeBuyDirect.com and have a much better experience without the games of "coupons" to get the price where it should be anyway.
