I have been a 24 Hour Fitness member since 2010 (for almost 6 years) and I have almost no complaints. I feel my monthly fee is pretty low especially when I compare it to other local gyms.

The gym itself has a lot of equipment for me to use and the exercise classes are run by excellent trainers. The classes I use are for yoga and the spin classes. The one thing that surprised me during the classes is I met a lot of nice people. We give each other moral support which helped when trying to reach our workout goals.

A few years ago I got a bit more serious about building some muscle so I hired a trainer for some one on one time for 4 weeks. The trainer (thanks Mike) knew what I needed and got me on track with an appropriate workout schedule that fit my needs which I still use today.

My only complaint I have is that it does get busy in the gym right after work. The odd time all 20 or so treadmills where in use so I have had to wait for about 5 minutes until one became available. This has only happen 3 times in my entire membership.
