I ordered some business materials for my home office. The online ordering process was easy enough and it shipped fine but the printing on the cards was poor and the colors was off. Also part of my order was missing. I called Vistaprint customer service and they said they were sorry and would ship my order again. BTW it did take a while for me to talk to someone at customer service.
That was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my new shipment. No response to my email the other day asking after my new order so I plan on calling Vistaprint today.
It's a good thing I didn't need my printed materials right away. It's been more of headache trying to follow up with them on their mistakes. Not worth it and don't plan to use them again.
