Review Detail

I had a scare thanks to an old boyfriend and I wanted results fast. I ordered the full list of tests on STD Check and picked out the testing center. That day I had the tests done and I thought all had gone well.

I waiting 2 days and then contacted customer service as I had not heard back about my results and I really wanted answers. Well apparently the lab had "misplaced" my samples but ended up finding them the next day which they then ran their tests. I didn't have to go back to give another sample but the mix up cost me 2 more days. 

It was the testing labs fault but it still soured my experience a little bit even though everything is okay. My rating reflects the lab as well where I was tested which was the main part of the problem.
