Does Daily Burn work?

Does Daily Burn work? was created by Keith
Has anyone used Daily Burn long enough to figure out if it works? Has anyone lost weight and kept it off by using this service? I would like to try it out and on the surface it looks good but I worry that the fitness classes will not be advanced enough.

Thoughts anyone?

Yes. I have been using it for the last 6 months. Like any other fitness or workout program you need to stay motivated and keep at it. For any exercise if you want to see results by either losing weight or gaining muscle you are going to need to workout at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. After this routine you should start feeling more energetic by week 3 and seeing actual physical results by the middle of the second month.

I like the energy of the Daily Burn videos. They have a lot of them covering a variety of fitness levels and program types.. High energy stuff keeps me motivated especially in winter months when it is to cold to go outside. In summer months like now I tend to have to push myself to keep working out as I rather be outside. This year has not been as hard because I have been keeping to my exercise schedule for the last 6 months and have enjoyed the results I see in the mirror.

Great to see someone has used Daily Burn successfully. I have just started using it and I definitely work up a sweat during the 365 workout. This is my second week so I still have a long way to go. I am hoping to loose about 25 pounds. I joined Daily Burn and Weight Watchers at the same time so it should be interesting...

I hope others pipe up who have used this fitness program and have a few success stories. I will need some motivation! :cheer:
