I found it was the disk rubbing on the magnet.

After 6 months my Bowflex Max Trainer squeaks continuously squeaks! Can the lube help that they sell? If what should I try first?

Read my previous post about the squeaks and what you can do about it.

If the squeak is not coming from inside the machine it might be coming from where the pedal arms attach (it might be rubbing). Any silicon lubricant should work that you can buy at a hardware store.

Before you do anything else, make sure that the large allen bolts holding the main assembly to the stabilizer base haven't worked loose. Took mine all to pieces (well, not ALL to pieces) then found one of these bolts had worked loose. There had been no need to disassemble anything to tighten that bolt.

My M5 has begun knocking, its coming from the left side. The allan bolt is tight with washer and lock washer installed. The piece just slides back and forth slight to creat the sound. Any suggestions?

Can you add an extra washer? It should be okay if you add some vaseline and as long as it doesn't bind.
