Daily Burn

I got the app installed fine on my iPad but the streaming videos hiccups and stutters constantly making the videos unwatchable and impossible to workout with. I have tried it several times through out the week and rebooted my router several times and still no luck. BTW Netflix on the same iPad works great and the video never freezes.

I am still in my 30 day trial so I plan on cancelling unless customer service can figure things out for me. I plan on calling them next. Anyone have the Dailyburn customer support phone number?

I love the concept of Dailyburn and I love the 3 classes I'm currently using. 

The main problem I have is the streaming of the videos. It is not always perfect and the videos will freeze up, skip a few seconds or slow down every now and then. Sometimes when I'm following a class and doing reps, all of a sudden the instructor is half way through a different exercise. 

I wish my MAC could play through my Apple TV or if Daily Burn got their own channel on Apple TV, that would be great.

I still plan to continue to use Daily Burn as the skipping doesn't affect things that much as it happens about once a week.

I almost didn't sign up to dailyburn as I hate dealing with online billing as I have gotten burned in the past with online dating sites. I finally went ahead and joined after weighing myself and finding out I had gained another 5 LBS on top of the 15 LBS I already want to loose. They do have a  nutrition program but I only quickly looked it over as I joined mainly for the fitness classes. I did start with the 30 day free trial. It is slightly misleading as you don't have access to all videos. What you do have access to gives you a good taste of all the different type of workout videos that dailyburn offers. After a week of using dailyburn I figured I would pay for the subscription and get access to all videos. I have been using dailyburn for over 3 weeks now and I have started loosing weight and I am still loving the workouts. I haven't gotten bored with anything and am still extremely motivated. That's the secret to dailyburn I think, they really try to keep you motivated to workout, and if you are you will see results.

I really wanted to use Daily Burn as it looked like what I was looking for. I did end up trying the Trial and I could not get the Daily Burn app to work. It installed fine on my laptop and my tablet but I could not get it to stream on any of the devices. I would start a video and it would just site their doing nothing. I know it is not my internet as I can stream Youtube and Netflix without any issue all the time.

Customer Service tried to help and gave me a bunch of suggestions but after 2 hours of trying different things I had had enough and asked to cancel my trial. Two many headaches and no gains.

I see Beach Body has an on demand service as well. I think I will try them next and see how it goes. I hope they have a trial as well as I will not try them out if they do not!
