I needed a few marketing items like coffee mugs, pens, and usb keys for a event our company was having. Vistaprint makes it easy. I just had to upload our logo, pick the product items I wanted and then place and size the logo.
Very easy to do and with there pricing it allowed me to get some of the items cheaper as I was buying a large number of items.
No issues and I got the items in plenty of time before my event.
I was a little hesitant to use an online service for my printing since I have been using Office Max forever. For the last 2 years my nephew has been doing my website and print media design. He is really good and a lot cheaper :-) and is perfect for my Insurance Brokerage business.
He recently insisted I try out Vista Print as he said the print quality is good and that he has used it several times before and found the service to be excellent and cheaper as well.
He is right. My first order was some business cards just to test the service and they came looking exactly how my nephew designed them and with a few additional touches like spot gloss it makes them really stand out. Our second order was some banners we use for advertising. There were a lot more work and a fair bit more money than the cards but once again they arrived fast and much cheaper than Office Max. My nephew the graphic designer did get prices from Office Max and Vista Print, and Vista Prince came in at a much lower price.
Our past few experience with this print company has been really good so I have told my nephew to continue to use Vista Print from now on with consulting me or worrying about getting alternate prices!
Recently I ordered the promobox from Vistaprint since the first one was on sale for $5.
I uploaded my logo, and filled out my mission statement, and contact information. My promobox arrived and I was pleasantly surprised. The idea of it looked good on the website but I was worried they would just send me crap.
That is not the case and for $5 I got to see what Vistaprint offers. I know they want me to order from them again but it is defiantly costing them money to package and send me out the promobox.
In my box I got a pen with my logo and company name, business card holder, paper and envelopes with logo and name, and a mug.
It is a good start for my new company and it will give it that added professionalism that I need over the next few months in my office. I plan to continue the subscription for a while to see what else i get!

During the design process I went onto the live chat and talked to Sarah who was wonderful and helped me out. She explained to me the best way to design the cards based on a few questions she asked about what type of invitations I wanted. She had many helpful suggestions.
She also helped me a bit later after I had placed the order in the afternoon and when I showed my finance he found a spelling mistake. Sarah was able to update my order with the correct change.
I really recommend Vistaprint. The order came on time, was very inexpensive (especially during the sale) and customer service was super helpful!!!
