Vistaprint

I ordered a calendar because I saw a commercial on TV advertising a half price sale. If I had paid full price my score would have been lower.

The photo print quality of the pictures on the calendar was only okay. I had ordered stuff from other printers and gotten much better quality but the cost was more.

The offer was good, I just wish the quality was a little bit better.

I have ordered the brochures from Vistaprint and I have learned to expect delays. I've also tried posting 2 negative reviews on Vistaprints own brochures reviews to notify others that when you order brochures you can often expect delays. I was not rude in my review and everything was true but I found both to be censored. Don't trust all of the positive reviews you find on their website about the different products.

I have no other complaints about the brochures as the quality is excellent but delays in getting marketing materials when you expect them by a certain can ruin a business. When ordering give yourself plenty of time.

I've order business cards from Vista Print which was suppose to be 500 cards for $9.99.

Well it came to almost $30 with shipping. That's the trick they don't include the shipping price in their promo.

I should have canceled the order but I had waited to long and need the cards for a business trip I had planned. I will probably go else where next time.

I ordered some business materials for my home office. The online ordering process was easy enough and it shipped fine but the printing on the cards was poor and the colors was off. Also part of my order was missing. I called Vistaprint customer service and they said they were sorry and would ship my order again. BTW it did take a while for me to talk to someone at customer service.

That was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my new shipment. No response to my email the other day asking after my new order so I plan on calling Vistaprint today.

It's a good thing I didn't need my printed materials right away. It's been more of headache trying to follow up with them on their mistakes. Not worth it and don't plan to use them again.
