Weight Watchers or WW (as it is easier to type on my iPad) I do enjoy. I don't go to meetings as I only signed up for the online version. Over the last few years thanks to working behind a desk and snacking my weight has increased by 10 pounds. I want to loose this weight which is the reason I signed up. I never have used WW before. 

The app and the WW program itself  is very easy to use and I fine the tracking of food and fitness part fun. It has actually made me pay attention to how much activity I do each day and what and how much I eat. I have greatly increased my activity levels and started developing healthy eating habits. This includes a lot less meat, sugar and processed foods with a lot more produce. Using the WW app keeps my exercise and food intake on track. I still eat what I want mostly but it is now more balanced.

One thing I notice with my increased activities is that I am getting more toned and physically I feel better. I really enjoy the activity tracking. I time every activity now for points and even chores like housework count which means my life and house have never looked better! ???????????? I then swap these extra fit points when I have a high calorie day and have used up all of my food points.

I lost 4 pounds in the first month which is a healthy rate and fine with me since I plan this to be a lifestyle change and not a one off diet thing. In another 2 months At my current weight loss rate I hope to change the app setting from weight loss to weight maintenance.

I am glad I joined WW and plan to continue to use it for tracking after I have reached my goal. I hope my review has helped a few of you out there.

I use the Android version of the Weight Watchers app, I assume the iTunes version will be similar. 

Overall it is a great app. It makes following your meal plans easy but I did wish it would track your water intake. The app has access to a large database of food and its great that it connects with my fitbit activity tracker and converts my activities to fitpoints. I also like how I can also connect with other users for support with managing my weight.

Some other features missing from the app that I would appreciate being added (hint, hint) would be the ability to look up meals worth only a certain point value and listing foods by point value.


Pros
Very very helpful. A must have when using the Weight Watchers program.
Cons
The app sometimes logs me out for no reason.

Joined on 10/02/2017 and have lost almost 15 lbs. Was a bit of a rough start but once I got the tracking of points figured out it became really simple.  Weightwatchers points gives you the freedom of choosing the foods you eat every day and after 2 months I am almost half way to my goal.

I am much happier now and my confidence is way up. Can't wait to see where I am in another 2 months.

Weight Watchers works because it teaches you new habits. I eat much healthier while on WW and I have sensible meal portions. I know what I am having for dinner each day ahead of time because I plan for it while grocery shopping for the week.

Before, I would come home from work starving and make what ever was in the fridge at the time. My hunger would win out. With the weight watchers program and the motivation to loose weight and have a healthier lifestyle, it will make you kick your bad habits.

It's a win for me :-)

I have tried Weight Watchers 2 times. The first time was over a year ago. I really didn't get the points and I barely exercised. The way I approached it, I was doomed to failure. I did end up loosing 9 pounds but after I quit I gained it all back and then some. 

In December I decided to try it again (My present to myself got X-mas). This time around I used the online tools for tracking since I had gotten a much better phone. What a difference it makes in tracking your food. It is sooooo much easier. I also have a Fitbit which I also used to keep track of my activity points. It syncs with WW Online as well. I have lost almost 20 pounds in 2 months and only have 40 more to go. 

I also like how the program teaches you about the value of the different food types. The 27 points I get everyday I treat like money. This means some of my favorite foods are not worth it anymore to spend points on. I also joined a gym and take a fitness class every week day. The way I eat now and exercise has become lifestyle habit. Weight Watchers works for me because you get to learn a healthy lifestyle and make them become habits. Drinking water instead of juice, more vegetables and exercising is all important. 

The great thing is I am more healthy than I have ever been. My blood pressure and cholesterol is down along with my weight and I feel wonderful.
