I ordered from this company solely based on price. I mean, what else really is there to base a contacts order on... they are what they are. I ordered on 11/2, submitted the signed prescription with the contacts so I wouldn't have any waiting period. I was told I'd have them in 5-7 days. 19 days and 3 semi-threatening phone calls later, I finally got them. I couldn't even find a phone number for them until I went to dispute the credit card charge and saw their number listed. Called and was given excuses. They told me that because I have an astigmatism my contacts were hard to get. Umm, no. I've been wearing contacts for 25 years and that is not true. They changed the status of my order to "shipped" after I called, but they weren't because there was still no tracking #. I basically ended up calling back and threatening to dispute the credit card charge if I didn't have a valid tracking number within 24 hours. They finally produced a number and I got my contacts. Great value but I would not order from them again!

Do not order contacts from this supplier. I placed my order back in middle of September for basic contact lenses that's commonly available for my prescription. Still to this day, October 25th. I still haven't received the correct order. I contacted their customers service at least fives times, they all say the same thing. I need to contact the shipper warehouse someplace in who's know where...oh we'll definitely going to get this out to you, you don't need to speak to a supervisor..bla bla. If they keep this up, I might just going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and tell them it's a fraud. Lesson learn, pay a little more money to supplier that would actually provide your order on time and don't screw it up!!!!!

It pains me to have to give them a negative review.  They went from 100 to 0, real quick.  Not sure what happened.

I have ordered from Ezcontacts - I cant believe the BS reviews that they have more than likely submitted positive for themselves online.  They will steal your money - and send you nothing, and when you file a claim with them - they will ignore it.  Buyer beware!  I will be contacting BBB regarding this fraudulent company!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Tried to order for over a month, they took my $200, still have not received the order, and still have not gotten my money back. If you use this company, be prepared to be on top of them to get your order processed and shipped, or you'll have to be on top of them for your money back.

Details for those interested: I placed an order on 2/23/19. I had trouble getting this order approved by my eye doctor, so I requested a copy of my prescription which I uploaded to my account. After not receiving approval, I reached out through the messaging option on their website on 3/18. After not receiving a response, I emailed directly on 3/20. 4 days later, on 3/24, I received an email from a representative stating "Your order is already being processed by our supplier and will ship directly from them shortly. We are just waiting for the tracking number which will be sent to you automatically. Rest assured that I have already notified the appropriate department to prioritize your order." I waited for 3 days and still did not receive a tracking number, and finally called on 3/28. After hanging up three times due to extensive (20+ minute) wait times, I was finally able to talk to a representative. She informed me that she saw I had been waiting on this order for over a month and assured me that the facility was waiting on the order from the manufacturer. She told me that my order had been prioritized and I would receive a tracking number within 2-3 business days. On 4/1, I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled, per my request. I am beyond shocked that I have one representative telling me that my order is being prioritized on a Thursday, and then another one telling me that my order has been cancelled the following Monday. As of 4/7, I STILL DONT HAVE CONTACTS OR MY MONEY BACK
